Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel late, the following fees apply:
- 24 hours or more before your appointment: No charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: $25 cancellation fee may apply
- Less than 6 hours notice: 50% of the service cost will be charged
- Less than 1 hour notice or no show: 100% of the service cost will be charged
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to serve all clients fairly.
Class Cancellation Policy
To keep class schedules consistent, the following applies:
- Less than 6 hours notice or no show: $25 late fee
If you contact us the same day to reschedule, we will apply the $25 late fee toward your rebooked session.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for the next client. Full service fees still apply.
Walk Ins and Booking Availability
Walk ins are welcome when availability allows. For the best experience, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and service.
Membership and Package Terms
- Memberships and packages are designed for consistent wellness and best value.
- Benefits and discounts apply only to active memberships and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated.
- Package and membership terms may have expiration or limited time redemption based on the offer.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available in multiple denominations and can be used toward eligible services. Gift certificates are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Health and Wellness Considerations
Please let us know about any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, allergies, or injuries before your service so we can tailor your session safely. Some services may require a medical clearance depending on your situation.
No Kids Policy
To maintain a calm, spa like environment and support client privacy, we are not able to accommodate children during appointments.
Payment Policy
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Cash, Check, and Vagaro Pay Later. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted.
Parking and Arrival Instructions
Parking is available in the front of the building, or you may park in the lot behind our location in Suite 301. Please come in when you arrive.
